About Us

Master Ramirez

I started Martial Arts at the age of 8 years old. Growing up in a rough neighborhood of East LA, the purpose of taking martial arts was to learn self-defense and self-discipline. As my journey continued, I’ve learned that martial arts are a way of life.

Coach Austin

Coach Austin started Taekwondo at the young age of 3. He competed nationally and internationally and became one of the best Taekwondo fighters in the country, joining the Team Trials at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado. Coach Austin is an 8-time Jr. Olympic Champion of USA Taekwondo. He is now the leader and head coach for the advanced sparing team.

Coach Shelby

Coach Shelby has trained and competed in Taekwondo since she was young, competing Nationally. Competing in multiple Championships, she placed in every event. Her skills and ability over the years have helped make her a great coach.

Coach Trevor

Coach Trevor has been with Extreme Martial Arts for many years. After competing in many Taekwondo Championships, he has applied his skills to teaching. Coach Trevor teaches the beginner Taekwondo class and is very good with kids.

Coach Kaysie

Coach Kaysie has been involved in Taekwondo since she was a young girl. She Chas competed Nationally and has won many Championships. Her ability to motivate and push students to the best of their abilities has made her a valuable asset to Extreme Martial Arts’s coaching team.

Coach Niko

Coach Niko has been in martial arts since he was 2 years old. He has grown up in Extreme Martial Arts and feels great pride in his gym, his Taekwondo skills, and coaching abilities. He is a strong leader, and although he is only 13, he takes his position as Black Belt Instructor very seriously. He still competes Nationally and Internationally and looks forward to many more years of competing and sharing Taekwondo with everyone.
